Commercial Cleans:
We are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of commercial spaces, including
offices, restrooms, common areas, and hallways, by performing routine cleaning
tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and
sanitation, ensuring a hygienic and professional work environment.
- Bathrooms: dusting all surfaces, scouring sinks and toilets, wiping down mirrors/counters/dispensers/ toilet dispensers, mopping floors.
- Kitchen/Break-rooms: scouring sinks and faucets, cleaning and
wiping down all appliances counters/cabinets/tables/fridges - Floor Care:
All carpeted areas and rugs vacuumed.
All hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped.
Light switches and door handles sanitize and wiped.

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
Team of 2-6 | Clean Length: 1-3 Hours
The first time clean, we perform extensive deep clean that includes --
- Bathrooms: outside of cabinets wiped, fronts and backs of doors dusted, light fixtures dusted, baseboards dusted and wiped, toilets and sinks scoured, counters/mirror wiped, and tub/shower scrub. Dusting pictures, blinds, and window sills. Outlet and light switches wiped down, and garbage emptied. The floors will be done on our hands and knees to ensure we get all areas.
- Kitchen: including outside of cabinets wiped, all appliances cleaned externally, inside of microwave clean, counters wiped, sink scoured, if you have tile back splash we will wipe that down. Light switches and outlets wiped down. Any dusting that needs to be done such as: picture frames, coffee makers, kitchen aide mixers, and etc., will be wiped down.
- Dusting: all dust-able surfaces including fans that we can get to, outlets and light switches wiped, baseboards dusted, fingerprints on tables or glass will be cleaned, sliding glass doors/storm doors, or any glass window with finger prints/pet slobbers will be wiped down. Fronts and backs of doors dusted, and there will small amounts of organization.
- Vacuuming: we use the best vacuums to do all carpet and hardwood- if you have carpet stairs we will vacuum the crevices as well. Rugs will be vacuumed and then shook out.
- Mopping: we use Bona and Rubbermaid mops. As well as Bona floor solution to mop all hard floor surfaces. (If you prefer only water, we can offer that as well).
*All cleans after that will be up keeping and maintaining.
MOVE-IN & OUT CLEANING
Team of 2-6 | Clean Length: 2-6 Hours
We perform an exceedingly deep detailed clean that includes --
- Bathrooms: outside and inside of cabinets wiped, fronts and backs of doors dusted, light fixtures dusted, baseboards dusted and wiped, toilets and sinks scoured, counters/mirror wiped, and tub/shower scrub. vacuuming out drawers. Dusting blinds, window sills, outlets and light switches wiped down. The floors will be done on our hands and knees to ensure we get all areas.
- Kitchen: including outside and inside of cabinets wiped, drawers/cabinets vacuumed. All appliances cleaned externally, inside of microwave clean, counters wiped, sink scoured. If you have tile back splash we will wipe that down, light switches and outlets will be wiped down.
- Dusting: all dust-able surfaces including fans that we can get to, light switches wiped, baseboards dusted, fingerprints on tables or glass will be cleaned, sliding glass doors/storm doors, or any glass window with finger prints/pet slobbers wiped down, fronts and backs of doors dusted.
